Me and BF have just arrived at a holiday villa we’re renting for a week, and I would like to sunbathe topless like normal. However in the villa next door there are two children (girl around 7/8 and a boy about 14/15) and I don’t know if it is wrong to go topless, even though it’s my holiday.

I’d say it’s perfectly fine. You shouldn’t let your holiday be ruled by a family you’ve never met and after holiday will probably never see again.
