I would check out the US Virgin Islands. I’m a big fan of St John and we enjoy renting a villa when we go there. There are many and most come with a pool and hot tub. Not too many directly on the beach but very close by. The water and beaches on St John are lovely.

I would also check Providencials, Turks and Caicos. Grace Bay Beach is gorgeous and most of the resorts on this beach are condos. There are also some houses to rent. Providencials is a great place for families or couples.
