There has been an unprecedented increase in Puerto Vallarta Rental Villas Vacation over the last decade. And with a good reason also. Holiday rental Villas provide the most luxurious vacation options with the best views, world class services & amenities and complete privacy. No hotel or condo hotel can offer these kind of features when compared to a Villa.

Vacation Villas are great for hosting Family reunions, Weddings, Summer vacations and much more. There are number of options when it comes to Puerto Vallarta Villa Rental and Vacation Villas in Mexico. Puerto Vallarta is not only a perfect tourist town with beautiful beaches and views but also is the home to some of the Mexico’s best and most luxurious Villas. Any visitor while choosing for Villa for vacation will be spoilt for choice. Though majority of the villas will have great locations and very luxurious with all modern amenities, few guidelines are must before deciding on your dream vacation rental villa home.

1) Location/Connectivity : The Villa should be well connected with the nearest City or town. Major attractions should be close by and prefrably within walking distances. Last thing you would want is to have a Villa far from a town like Puerto Vallarta which is packed with attractions ranging from art, culture, shopping to adventure sports. You don’t want to spend most of the time tarvelling in car when you could be soaking sun on the beach or having a romantic dinner in a restaurant.

2) Surrounding LOcality: Always double check how the immeditate surroundings of a villa are. Dont always go by the phtos available on website. Try do some research work of your own. Do the claims on website or their brochure match the actual Villa locality. If privacy is your priority make sure to ask about it.

3) Villa Quality: Many times rental villas differ a lot from their photos. The photos taken ages ago may not reflect the Villa’s present state and decor. Double Check this the villa owner or agent. Afterall it’s matter of your dream vacation or wedding. Dont take chances.

4) Amenities: Always confirm the amenities with owner/agent. Dont always go by the details on the website. Website listings maybe incorrect or not updated.

5) Rates/Services : Guests are advised to check what all services are included. Are Maid , Chef, waiter included and if included for what days and time duration. How many meals will Chef prepare. Also check the policies regarding food, beverages and gratuities. Does your Villa owner provide or can arrange conceirge, chauffeur services.

6) Cancellation/Rental Policies: Always read rental/Cancellation polciies.

Research on web to find about their track record. DO they have a track record of unsatisfied guests. Disgruntled guest may have posted about their villa experiences on travel websites and elsewhere. Find if they are in habit of shortchanging their guests. Are the waiters, maid and chef value for money? Are they polite, hardworking and attend to your requirements. Have they fulfilled all their obligations. You may have chosen food, beverages for your vacations. Have they been able to provide that.

want to enjoy your Disney vacation to its maximum, consider Orlando vacation villas as your choice of accommodation rather than a hotel. This is particularly true if you have a few children with you and you would like a bit of peace and quiet now and again.

In order to explain that, just consider a hotel for a while. You have booked yourself, your partner and the kids into a lovely hotel for a couple of weeks, and are looking forward to a great holiday in Orlando, visiting Disney and also many of the other attractions that this part of Florida has to offer.

After checking in comes the first problem. Who sleeps where? Unless you have booked a family room, with everybody spending the vacation in the same room, either the children have to be given their own room, or you and your partner have to split, each sharing the children between you. A lot depends upon how many you have.

However, in the final analysis it doesn’t matter if you have two children or four or even six. You either enjoy your vacation with just the two of you in your own room, and the children in theirs or you don’t. Even now, you can see where Orlando vacation villas are suddenly beginning to look attractive.

No matter how well behaved your kids are, you will always be wondering what they are getting up to, and that isn’t your only problem with a hotel. If your children have reached that age when they must have their own bedrooms, particularly if you have boys and girls, then the hotel costs are going to be pretty steep.

There are more problems, but let’s forget them all, because Disney vacation should not involve problems of any kind. Let’s stop for a minute and look at how a Disney vacation villa can solve all of these problems.

First the rooms: you can rent an Orlando vacation villa with up to six bedrooms, and you need to have an awful lot of kids to fill that. Likely a three bedroom villa would suit you, where two children can have their own rooms, or up to two boys and two girls can share, each of the four having their own bed. They share rooms, but no need to share beds.

Each has its own TV and DVD player and is also en suite. Some even have a games console in the rooms, so nobody is going to get bored. A family of six can live in one of these vacation villas in Orlando vary comfortably, with its own pool for just a little extra, spa, games room and even the kitchen where you can rustle up some breakfast or supper, and still eat out for lunch and dinner if your prefer – you can’t cook in a hotel!

But that must cost a fortune, mustn’t it! No way can you afford that. Well, yes, there is way you can do that. Consider the relative costs. First the hotel. What do you need? A room for you two, one for the boys and one for the girls. Three hotel rooms close to Disney World. Cheap? Absolutely – not!!

Now check the three-bedroom Orlando villa rental. Set in a great resort with a private pool and spa, you pay $160 a night. That’s for all of you! That equates to three double hotel rooms at $54 a night. It’s a no-brainer. It’s £27 a person! You won’t find a hotel anywhere for that price unless you take your own bedbug catcher. But that’s not all: you can get a four bedroom villa with more amenities for just under $200 a night – that’s $50 a room. There is nothing a hotel can offer that you won’t get either in your own villa or offered in one of the many restaurants and amenity centers that are everywhere in Orlando. And you are only 15 minutes from Disney! You have your own DVD player to play your own videos, or rent one for the night. That will be a lot less expensive that watching hotel movies!

Your kids can go to bed any time they like, and watch the movies they want to watch, or view their own TV programs. Perhaps play with the Playstation, but the main thing is that you know they are safe in the same house as you.

Compare that to a hotel: you are continually worried about your children in the rooms next door – are they slipping out without you knowing, are they breaking anything, are the movies suitable. In fact, how much are they running up on the bill by watching these late-night TV movies?

If it has a pool it is shared with the entire hotel, you can’t cook your own food if you feel like it and your drinks will be at hotel bar prices compared to drinking your own home-made cocktails by your own private pool while you cook up some steaks and mushrooms. That’s a vacation!

ou are enjoying a holiday in Orlando, have you considered booking a superb Orlando vacation villa, such as those in Windsor Hills Resort, rather than the usual hotel room? Why live in one room on vacation when you do so at no other time?

A vacation should be a fantastic time, yet so many people enclose themselves in such small spaces. What if there are a number of you? Perhaps a large family or a group of friends or buddies? You would each have to book your own hotel rooms, and considering the cost of hotel accommodation in Orlando, it is going to cost you a collective fortune.

Have you never thought of renting a villa for the period of your vacation? You can get a beautiful Orlando villa rental in Windsor Hills Resort, just two miles from Disney World, for $277 a night including Florida taxes in high summer. Less out of season. If that sounds a lot, just consider what you get for your cash:

Six bedrooms, with two king beds, two queens and four twins. Ideal for any group of people. Now does it sound so expensive? That’s 12 people, or $24 each per night. Wow! Where can you get a luxury villa for that price? But it doesn’t stop there because look at what else you can get with Orlando villa rentals such as this: Your private pool and spa. Pool and table hockey, plus the facilities of Windsor Hills Resort, offering tennis, basketball, volleyball and a fitness center, cinema and massive lagoon pool.

However, if you feel that the price is too much for you, or if your party is smaller, there are 3 bedroom condos available that sleep 6 for $142 including taxes. A bit more at $23.54 each a day, but where on earth can you get a hotel room for that price? It makes sense if you have a family of 6, for example, and there are other benefits of an Orlando vacation villa over a hotel.

Unless your kids are very small they will want their own hotel rooms. Mixed sexes likely mean two more rooms. Apart from the cost, how do you know what they are getting up to? What are they doing and are they staying in their rooms – you know how parents get when their kids are by themselves in a strange place. No such problems with a villa rental in Orlando: it’s just like being in your own home.

Not only that, but you get a fully fitted kitchen, so if you feel like cooking for yourself you can. No expensive room service just for a sandwich and you can also enjoy drinks by the pool at shop prices, not hotel bar prices. So you gain all round – you can’t just take the relative room costs into consideration, and even though an Orlando villa rental wins hands down there, there is the additional advantage of reduced living costs.

A holiday in Orlando can be hot at times, and you will want to freshen up your clothes frequently. This, again, is where a superb Orlando vacation villa wins, because you get a washing machine and dryer – in fact just about everything you have in your own kitchen! So what’s the catch, you must be thinking. Why is a villa so inexpensive compared to a hotel room? The answer, of course, is that there is no catch, and with a villa there is generally less maintenance and overheads than with a hotel room because there is no hotel staff to pay.

You have no reception, no bar staff, no waiters, bell hops and everybody else it takes to run a decent hotel. That’s where you benefit with a villa by getting a significantly cheaper vacation in Orlando. Don’t forget that you are only two miles from Disney, so you save a lot on transport – resorts such as Windsor Hills Resort offer shuttle buses to and from the theme park, and also to Sea World and Universal Studios.

Of course, the Orlando area has a lot more to offer than just Disney World, and if you are a keen golfer you will find a host of great courses and golf academies in the district. In fact, Orlando condos and vacation villas are ideal for golfing parties, particularly Windsor Hills resort, because you can leave the kids and your partner to enjoy the resort and Disney while you head for the golf course. A heavenly vacation for everybody, and all at less per head than a cheap motel.

Friends or family referrals are usually good but if they prefer cheap diners and you like to have a fancy dinner in a fine restaurant then chances are what they think of as “perfect” is not your ideal. First you have to decide exactly what type of villa in Florida you want. You need to determine your location first which will depend on what types of activities you want to do while you are there. Do you want to spend one week in one location and one week in another? Once you have narrowed down the area and decided when you want to go, then you have to get down to specifics. How many bedrooms do you need? How many bathrooms do you want – do they need to be full baths or can one be a half bath without a shower or bathtub? Do you want a pool or spa in the back yard?

All of these questions will help to narrow down your choices so that you can then start looking seriously for the perfect Florida villa. The internet is loaded with advertisements for rentals but how do you know if the picture shown is really what you will get or one taken twenty years ago when it was first built? Or what if it doesn’t have the pool as advertised or is fifty miles away from where you wanted to be rather than five miles away? Well – the answer is – you don’t know unless you can connect directly with the owner who can answer that question as well as many others that you might have.

Connecting with the owners sounds great but how can you do that? Many owners register their homes with holiday villa rental sites thereby giving you access. Once you have found a villa that suits your needs for the dates you require, you can contact the owner to finalize particulars of your visit and get any questions or concerns taken care before your vacation – rather than learn about it later after you have arrived. This allows you to feel confident that the accommodations you want are exactly what you are going to get.

Finding the perfect villa in Florida can be easy simply by doing it from the comfort of your own home and looking at photographs of properties so that you can see them inside and out. The opportunity to talk directly to the homeowner will make your Florida vacation planning a pleasure and the dream will become a perfect reality that will be remembered for many years to come.

The tennis centre in Vale do Lobo, Algarve in situated in the lower south eastern part of the resort as is often referred to as “Tennis Valley”. The tennis centre has a choice of playing surfaces; it is the largest and one of the longest established tennis centre in the Algarve and frequently hosts major tournaments.

The Senior Tennis Championship is regularly played here and will take place again this year on the 11th to the 14th of August. This is a prime holiday time and accommodation will again be in short supply in the resort. If you are planning to book your Holiday Villa vale do Lobo it will be wise to start looking as soon as possible.

There is great demand for a Holiday Villa Vale do Lobo anyway at this time of the year, this additional feature will mean that some people could be disappointed unless they plan early. Vale do Lobo has a superb range of facilities including 2 championship golf courses, a beautiful beach, restaurants and bars.

Vale do Lobo was the first major resort to be built in the Algarve, initially it was primarily residential but as more properties and facilities were added, it has now become one of the prime holiday destinations in Europe. Access is easy with frequent flights to Faro from most north European cities.

A Holiday Villa vale do Lobo is the perfect location for spending a holiday with superb facilities for all the family members and supervised activities for children. Many holiday makers return year after year to the same Holiday Villa Vale do Lobo in the knowledge that a comparable holiday experience would be difficult to replicate  anywhere else Europe.

Where can I take my mom and her dog on a weekend vacation in Florida?
My mom has an 80lbs American Bull Dog he’s about 9mths old and is house trained. I would like to take her on a mini-vacation within the state of Florida. Maybe a beach villa for a couple of days on the west coast, Naples, or Fort Myers. Does anyone know any places that allow dogs?
