We’re going out on a limb and have decided to spend a lot of money on an upcoming holiday to Thailand.

We’ve invited friends to stay in a fully staffed villa with 5 bedrooms and a whole bunch of other great stuff.

I was telling my mum about it and she said lately there have been a lot of scams where people are turning up at places after they have paid and the villa was not rented to them or does not exists.

How do I avoid this?
An how do I check that it’s all Legit?
we haven’t paid anything yet. I’ve made a tentitive booking. we have a month to make the deposit.

Whether you prefer a stay in hotels or self catering apartments and holiday villas in Cyprus, you sure can bask in the warmth of the Mediterranean sun for most of the year.

Southern Cyprus is very English, where several resorts have large hotels and an abundance of luxury villas and holiday apartments in Cyprus. The towns of Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos and Ayia Napa are just some of the best known resorts. North Cyprus has less visitors, but Kyrenia in the is getting more popular with is stunning harbour and beautiful villas.

Flying time from your nearest UK airport is around 4hrs, so wherever you decide to stay, hotels or self-catering holiday villas in Cyprus take approximately 1-2 hours from either Larnaca or Paphos airports. This should allow plenty of time for you to enjoy the Island’s fantastic array of excellent sporting activities, such as water-skiing, golf, and scuba- diving. In the Coral Bay area of Paphos, an excellent beach resort to the west of Larnaca, there are excellent dive-centre facilities available which cater for all ages and levels of diving experience. Paphos also has an interesting harbour with fishing boats and yachts. Inland, you’ll find a number of championship golf courses, playable throughout the year.

Another popular location with visitors to Cyprus is the family orientated beach resort of Protaras, located eastwards from the airport. Here you will find very good hotels and hotel-apartments that are ideal for families with small children. Fabulous Fig Tree Bay beach is a must! Further along the coast is the more lively resort of Ayia Napa, where there is lots of apartments to rent plus hotel accommodation for youngsters to share. Most are suitable for those seeking a lively holiday ‘night-life’, safe in the knowledge that they can sleep all the next day undisturbed.

In Cyprus, try renting a car to explore parts that many tourists never see. There are cultural places, monasteries and ancient historical sites to explore that may only be a short drive from your hotel or villa; or maybe you could adventure ‘off-road’ deep into the interior where you will discover the beautiful soaring Troodos mountains, with its spectacular views over the island of Cyprus.

Thousands of people visit Florida every year to visit Disney World and to enjoy their annual holiday / vacation. Whether you are spending time alone or with family and friends Florida proves to be a hit year after year due to the amount of interesting activities on offer. Business men and women feel the need to relax and rewind, and through visiting Disneyworld in Orlando they have the chance to return to their child hood and leave the stress and worries of every day life behind.

When you visit Disney World in Orlando, you can stay in a choice of many different holiday apartments, hotels or villas. In fact, Disney World offers a range of hotel accommodation from budget to luxury packages. However, renting a holiday villa is the perfect way to spend a holiday in Orlando with family or friends. Typically holiday Villas can sleep between 8 and 10 people and through sharing with Family or friends they can make your holiday costs much cheaper than staying in a hotel.

Many holiday Villas near to Disney World in Orlando are luxurious in their décor and surroundings. After all, when you are on holiday why would you not want to enjoy a luxurious afternoon by the pool, or sitting on the terrace on an evening and watching the sunset? When you stay in a holiday villa near to Disney World you will typically have access to your own private pool and spa area, along with a terrace area that allows you to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. In some cases your pool might be shared and you should check this before you book.

Many holiday villas form a small community, and this means that there is often a shop or communal games room nearby. So if the weather takes a turn for the worst your kids can enjoy themselves and stay out of trouble! Of course, when you stay in a holiday villa near to Disney World you don’t just have to visit the Theme Park. Why not take a drive down to Miami Beach and The Florida Keys? There is so much to see in Florida it would be a shame not to see it whilst you are there.

Villas in near to Disney are becoming increasingly popular with holidaymakers, normally down to the reasonable cost and an opportunity to escape from the Theme Park. This gives you the opportunity to get away from the hectic lifestyle of the theme park and relax in scenic Orlando.

Many people who have visited Spain would agree that it is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The winding and twisting old streets that often end in spectacular views of eye-opening modern architecture is certainly a sight worth seeing. Where can these sights be found? Only in the outskirts of the city.

Even though the cities of Spain are beautiful, the real cultural treasures are reserved for those who dare to venture beyond the boundaries of the city. That is where the enduring cultures and traditions of this country can be found.

If you want to fully appreciate that beauty of this country, you need to take your time to soak up the intriguing sights that you will encounter along the way. Staying in one of lovely holiday villas in Spain for a couple of weeks while visiting some of the fascinating places will help you to appreciate the culture and tradition even better. So whatever you do, do not rush through the country.

When Is The Best Time To Visit Spain?

Visit Spain in May, June and September. Those are the months when you will encounter excellent weather. Unfortunately, the weather can be very hot in Spain during the summer. You may not be able to do much exploring during the day without getting exhausted by the sweltering heat. So be smart and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.

If possible, try not to schedule your trip to Spain during the summer, especially in July and August. That is the best way to avoid the oppressive heat and the influx of tourists.

How To Find A Holiday Villa in Spain

Finding the holiday villa in Spain that is best for your depends entirely on what you want to discover during your vacation in the country. For example, if you would be fascinated by the wine making tradition of the Spaniards, it would be best for you to start hunting for a holiday villa in Spain that is located near the vineyards. That way you can observe the way of life around the vineyards and enjoy some of the best wines that the vineyards have to offer.

Price is of course another deciding factor when looking for a good holiday villa in Spain. To save on costs, look for a holiday villa in Spain that offers weekly or monthly rates. And if you want to stay for an extended period, you can be sure that most of these holiday villas will offer big discounts to any guest who stays for longer periods.

You just cannot go wrong. Luxury , culture and tradition can be yours at a price you can afford!

Bulgaria is situated in South east Europe and occupies the eastern part of the Balkan Peninsula. To the north it borders on Romania, to the west on the Republic of Macedonia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, to the east on the Black Sea, to the south on Greece and to the south east on Turkey’s European part.

Bulgaria shares borders with Serbia, Macedonia, Romania, Greece, and Turkey. Two mountain ranges and two great valleys mark the topography of Bulgaria, a country the size of Tennessee and situated on the Black Sea. The Maritsa is Bulgaria’s principal river, and the Danube also flows through the country.

Bulgaria is one of the up and coming travel destinations in Europe and has seen a massive growth in the holiday villa and holiday apartments market. Holiday makers are amazed by its beautiful and diverse scenery and the beaches are regarded as some of the best in Europe.

Bulgaria is a country of notable diversity with the landscape ranging from the Alpine snow-capped peaks in Pirin, Rila the Balkan Mountains to the sunny Black Sea coast. Many tourists stay in holiday villas in the Rila Mountains as they find that the freedom and independence that the holiday villas afford them, enable them to explore the country side at their leisure.

Lovers of the outdoor lifestyle go hiking and climbing in the mountains enjoying their stunning views and natural habitat. It is also becoming a popular travel destination for holiday makers who like to bike ride in the summer months. In the winter months the mountains are a popular skiing destination. The ski chalets are popular for people coming on vacation offering skiing for the novice and the experienced skier.

The lovers of sun, sea and sand flock to the Black Sea Coast in ever increasing numbers. They are drawn there by the superb Mediterranean climate and stay in many of the new holiday villas and self catering apartments. Although some of these beach resorts are fairly new, they have quickly established themselves as some of the best value for money vacations in Europe.

The North West of Bulgaria is also a popular destination for vacations with many tourists taken in by the charm of the locals and the county side has many architectural gems to offer. There are charming holiday cottages available for rental and they act as an ideal base to explore the stunning countryside.

Bulgaria’s climate is a temperate continental climate with four seasons. A Mediterranean influence is felt in the country’s southern regions and has led to the building of many holiday villas to cater for tourists in the summer.
